Adult Ministries

Meadowlands offers a variety of opportunities for adults to know God, serve others, and reach out with the gospel.

College & Career

Meadowlands Baptist Church has a group of young singles who are passionate about God’s truth and enjoy time together. There is a weekly Bible study as well as monthly activities. Of course, food is always included in every get-together.

Young at Heart (55+)

The Young at Heart ministry seeks to edify one another through activities and fellowship opportunities. We encourage those who are sick or shut-in and seek to promote meaningful Christian fellowship.

Bible Study Groups

Our Bible study groups are some of the best ways to get connected with others in the church. Each Sunday morning our groups meet to fellowship, pray, and study the Word. Rather than lecture style, many of our groups are designed for discussion and interaction.

Monthly Sunday Lunch

Once a month the church provides a free meal to everyone who gathers for worship on Sunday. Guests are always encouraged to stay for the lunch. This is one of the best way to get to know others in the church family. We are a group of believers that like to spend time with each other, especially around food!

We are an active congregation with many opportunities to build strong friendships and interact with others. We have banquets, fellowships, picnics, and athletic competitions. There are many good ways to share life with other Christians on a deeper level.

Annual Couples’ Conference

Building strong families is one of our major goals at Meadowlands. A church can only be strong if there are strong marriages. Each fall we host a marriage conference or a couples’ retreat. This is designed to equip husbands and wives to love their spouse for the glory of God and the good of their family.

Men’s & Ladies’ Retreats

We participate in annual retreats for both men and women with other churches in Western Canada. In addition to receiving practical teaching from the Scriptures, it is also a great time to build edifying friendships where “iron sharpens iron.”
